Rates are per person and include room in Assembly Inn or Winsborough for Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday nights, meals from Tuesday supper through Friday breakfast, community services fee, and N.C. sales tax (subject to change). If you need to make an adjustment to this package, you may make a note in the comments section of the online registration form, or contact the registrar, Susan Akduman, at SusanA@montreat.org.

Assembly Inn

  • Single Occupancy, Connecting Bath: $334.83
  • Double Occupancy, Connecting Bath: $444.97 ($222.49 per person)

Winsborough

  • Single Occupancy, Private/Connecting Bath: $270.63
  • Double Occupancy, Private/Connecting Bath: $380.77 ($190.39 per person)

PLEASE NOTE:  If you are sharing the same room with another person, please list that person as your “roommate.” If you wish to share a bathroom with a specific person, you must reserve one connecting room and list that person as your “suitemate.” Your suitemate must also reserve another connecting room, listing you as the suitemate. If you would like a suitemate assigned, please specify “male/female” and you will be placed in a room connected to someone of the same gender.

Refund Policy

Refunds for housing in Assembly Inn will be awarded in the following ways: full refund if notice of cancellation is received on or before January 23; full refund less $40 if notice of cancellation is received after January 23, but before February 27; no refunds will be given after February 27; all requests for refunds must be in writing and received by Montreat Conference Center via email, fax, or US mail.
